Week of February 1: 3rd and 4th Grade

In the final week of the writing process, students will work to insert pictures into their documents and then publish their reports.  Students who complete their reports early will strive to advance to the next typing level.  During the last ten minutes of class, students will enjoy exploration time using links from this blog.

Week of January 25 : 3rd and 4th Grade

As you enter the third week of your research project, you will focus on drafting, revising, and editing your work.  Please make sure that you have followed the accordion paragraph format and that you have formatted your Word document correctly.  Those who are done with the writing process may look for pictures to insert into their document.  Keep up the good work!

Week of January 4: 3rd and 4th Grade

Happy New Year!  I am excited to be back and hope you are ready to continue with our technology adventure.  As we progress through the year, it is important to combine the many skills you have learned.  Therefore, your job, over the next couple of weeks, is to create a report on your current science topic.  You will use the Internet to locate information, and digital tools to create your exciting report.  Please listen to the directions carefully so that you do not fall behind in this assignment!  Let's get started!
